LD Restaurant offers a multiple course food experience inspired by our Head Chef Marko Gajski's favourite dishes from Tasting Menus. Personally served by our Head Chef and Sommeliers, guests are guided through a six course menu paired with six wines and local olive oils. Alternatively, guests can accompany the six course menu with their own choice of wines from our wine list.

“My life philosophy is that whatever I do has to leave some sort of an impact on people.

I apply the same philosophy to cuisine. Cooking is not work, cooking is a lifestyle. Just as life itself, food needs to have character, it has to be exciting and tell a story. Inspiration is all around us, it's just a matter of surrounding yourself with the environment and focusing on what mother nature provides us with each season.

My main inspiration is Croatian gastronomy, which in turn is highly influenced by Italian, French, Turkish, and Austrian cuisine. For me gastronomy is a moment, a moment in which we're capable of forgetting everything and letting all of our senses enjoy the perfect blend of taste, smell and atmosphere.

My mission as a Chef is to make this moment for my guests come true.”

- Marko Gajski, Head Chef
